Russian President Vladimir Putin has submitted to the State Duma a draft law on the creation of Russia's fifth gambling zone in the Republic of Crimea.
The draft federal law adjusts the law "about state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out of gambling and about modification of some legal acts of the Russian Federation", says the bill posted in the electronic database of the parliament's lower house.
For instance, the phrase "four gambling zones" is substituted with the phrase "five gambling zones." Therefore, gambling zones will be formed in the Republic of Crimea, the Altai territory, the Krasnodar territory, the Primorsky territory and the Kaliningrad region.
"The executive authorities of the republic will set the boundaries of the gambling zone on the territory of the Republic of Crimea," the document runs.
